Cousins played 12 games with two starts in 2025 and started Penn State’s first four games of 2026, through Wisconsin. He was named to the 2026 Jason Witten Collegiate Man of the Year watch list.
Cooper Cousins is a junior offensive lineman from Erie who has played in each of his first three Penn State seasons. He appeared in all 16 games as a freshman in 2024. In 2025 he played 12 games and made two starts, including his first career start at Ohio State, according to Penn State’s official biography.
Cousins started the first four games of 2026, through Wisconsin. Those starts establish an early role on the line, but the team yardage listed in game summaries is not an individual blocking statistic. The official player biography does not establish his lineup assignment beyond that four-game snapshot.
Penn State named Cousins to the Jason Witten Collegiate Man of the Year watch list in September 2026 and also listed him as an Allstate AFCA Good Works Team nominee. Those honors concern leadership and service; they should be read alongside, rather than substituted for, his game record.
