Rulli appeared in all 13 Penn State games in 2025 and made his first college start at center against Clemson. The available 2026 biography lists three appearances but no new start.
Dominic Rulli is a redshirt-senior offensive lineman whose Penn State record spans regular offensive-line depth and special-teams participation. He appeared in all 13 games in 2023 and all 16 in 2024, primarily on special teams. In 2025 he played all 13 games and made his first college start at center against Clemson in the Pinstripe Bowl.
Penn State’s available 2026 biography lists three appearances. It does not identify a new start or a fixed place in the current line, so the Clemson game remains his documented starting reference. The offense’s yardage in that bowl is a team result, not an individual blocking statistic.
Rulli earned Academic All-Big Ten honors in each of the 2023, 2024 and 2025 seasons. His long participation history and the Clemson center start provide a more precise picture than a generic reserve label. Any later 2026 lineup assignment needs a dated game record.
