Sexton appeared in all 13 Penn State games in 2025 and four early games in 2026. The school’s biography does not identify a 2026 start.
Garrett Sexton is a redshirt-sophomore offensive lineman from Hartland, Wisconsin. Penn State credits him with appearances in all 13 games of 2025 and four games in 2026 through the available early-season summary. He also earned Academic All-Big Ten recognition for the 2025 season.
Those appearances establish repeated participation across two seasons, but the official biography does not identify a 2026 start or a fixed position along the line. It would overstate the record to turn a game-appearance count into a first-string claim. The current starting group should be described from dated lineups, not from the broader roster alone.
Sexton redshirted in 2024 after arriving from Arrowhead Union High School, where he was a team captain and first-team all-state selection. His path shows a move from development to regular game participation. The next meaningful update would be a documented start, a specific game assignment or new participation detail.
