Redshirt Freshman
Parker made an extra point in 2025, then kicked off three times for 189 yards against Marshall and made another extra point against Buffalo in 2026. No Penn State field-goal attempt is listed in his available biography.
Matthew Parker has handled both kickoffs and extra points in limited Penn State game action. He converted an extra point against Nevada in 2025, his only listed appearance that season. Penn State’s current roster lists him as a redshirt freshman from Central York High School.
Parker kicked off three times for 189 yards against Marshall on September 5, 2026. The Marshall gamebook records those kicks; they were not field-goal attempts. He appeared again against Buffalo on September 19 and made the extra point after Cam Wallace’s fourth-quarter touchdown, as the Buffalo box score confirms. Penn State’s available biography lists two 2026 appearances.
Parker made 12 of 15 field goals as a Central York senior, including a school-record 57-yarder. That is a high-school record, not evidence of a Penn State field goal. His documented college production so far consists of kickoffs and extra points; Ryan Barker’s separate game line covers the regular field-goal work.
